ADVANCE NOTICE
Please make your request at least one month prior to your event. Two months is better.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR BOOKING:

  • Name of Seminar or Presentation desired.
  • Date(s) of event. Provide several if you can.
  • Name, address, and phone number of your group, company, or organization.
  • Contact person, name and email.
  • Name, address, and phone number of event venue if different than your group’s
  • Number of attendees expected.
  • Confirmation that you have all the items You Provide (see web page of seminar or presentation for list).
  • Pre-payment in full, two weeks prior to the event.

FEE SCHEDULE:
The following fees are for engagements within the continental US only. Engagements outside that are by special arrangement only.

Costs, Presentations:

  • If within 100 miles of Mount Vernon, WA: $500
  • If greater than 100 miles from Mount Vernon, WA: $1,500.

Seminars:

Costs, Seminars:

If within 100 miles of Mount Vernon, WA:

  • 1-20 attendees: $2,400
  • 20-30 attendees: 2,800
  • More than 30: by special arrangement only

If greater than 100 miles from Mount Vernon, WA:

  • 1-20 attendees: $3,400
  • 20-30 attendees: $3,800
  • More than 30: by special arrangement only
